We're excited to get your custom photo products delivered safely to you! Here’s what you can expect regarding shipping:
Order Processing & Production Time: To ensure the highest quality for your custom prints and products, we partner with professional photo labs for production. Please allow 7-14 business days for careful production by our trusted partners, plus our final quality checks and packaging, before your order ships. Processing times begin one business day after the photo shoot is completed. Please note: Some items may ship directly from our production partner's facility to expedite delivery.
Shipping Methods, Costs & Timelines (U.S. Domestic): To provide the best balance of value and reliable delivery, our standard shipping within the United States is typically offered at a Flat Rate. This method typically utilizes carriers such as USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Once shipped, estimated delivery using our Flat Rate service is generally 3-5 business days, depending on the carrier and destination. Please remember that delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and cannot be guaranteed.
Need Expedited Shipping? In certain situations, faster shipping options may be available for an additional cost. If you require expedited delivery, please contact us before placing your order. We can then discuss potential options, timelines, and provide a quote based on your specific needs.
Accuracy & Addressing Potential Issues:
- Your Shipping Address: Please take a moment to double-check the shipping address you provide during checkout for accuracy. We ship to the exact address entered and cannot be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, additional shipping fees will be required for reshipment.
- Carrier Delays: While we process and ship orders promptly, occasional delays within the shipping carrier's network (due to weather, volume, etc.) are unfortunately outside of our control. We appreciate your patience should this occur. You can monitor progress using the tracking number provided.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information hasn't updated for an extended period or indicates the package may be lost, please contact us. We will assist you in initiating a trace or claim with the shipping carrier according to their procedures.
- Damage During Transit: We package items carefully, but damage can occasionally occur during shipping. If your package arrives with visible external damage, please take photos of the damaged box before opening it, if possible. Then, inspect the contents. Keep all original packaging materials and contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing details and photos of both the packaging and the damaged item(s). We will help you navigate the claim process with the shipping carrier. (Please note this applies to damage caused by the carrier in transit. Production flaws are covered separately under our Return Policy's Commitment to Quality.)
